Chartek 1709 is an efficient epoxy passive fire protection coating that provides hydrocarbon pool fire resistance to steel structures, vessels and piping found in oil, gas and chemical processing facilities. With no mesh required for fire ratings up to one hour, being light weight and needing minimal block outs as well as providing long term corrosion protection, Chartek 1709 provides benefits throughout the contract chain. Chartek 1709 is tested and exterior listed by Underwriters Laboratories (UL).

Chartek 7 is the industry leading epoxy passive fire protection material. Chartek 7 offers outstanding corrosion performance and constructability coupled with highly effective fire protection. Chartek 7 is an extremely efficient intumescent coating certified by Class Societies for use in hydrocarbon and jet fire scenarios. Chartek 7’s long term corrosion performance is not reliant on top coat maintenance and fully meets ISO 20340 anti-corrosive requirements (referenced in Norsok M501 Rev 5). Chartek 7 is also approved to the new international jet fire standard ISO 22899.

Offering temperature resistance from -165°C (-265°F) to 400°C (752°F) Intertherm 751CSA provides excellent corrosion resistance in both insulated and un-insulated environments and where temperature cycling is common. Being surface tolerant, Intertherm 751CSA is perfect for M&R situations. Capable of being applied to hot substrates, Intertherm 751CSA can be used to coat pipework, valves, vessels, chimneys and steelwork in a range of refining and processing facilities.

A new generation polycyclamine cured lining, Enviroline 405HT is based upon advanced epoxy novolac technology. With excellent chemical and high temperature immersion resistance up to 120ºC (248ºF), Enviroline 405HT is ideal for the lining of tanks storing crude oil and other cargos at elevated temperatures. Its single coat application and rapid return to service capabilities provide unbeatable turnaround times, minimising maintenance shut down time and cost.

A highly versatile flake filled vinylester coating, Ceilcote 242 Flakeline is resistant to a wide range of organic and inorganic acid solutions and many aliphatic solvents and can be applied by spray, brush or roller to either steel or concrete substrates. These characteristics make Ceilcote 242 Flakeline ideal for coating secondary containment areas in refining and chemical processing facilities as well as concrete plinths and supports which require protection.

Suitable for a wide range of cargos including crude oil, unleaded gasoline blends, MTBE, jet fuels and caustic solutions, Interline 850 is an epoxy phenolic coating used in refinery and processing plants as well as tank terminals and storage farms.

Interzone 954 is the No. 1 all round high build abrasion resistant epoxy coating. Highly effective in coastal, immersed and atmospheric conditions Interseal 670HS can be applied to jetty structures, under fireproofing and used as a general maintenance primer throughout refining and petrochemical facilities.
