Our market leading Intersleek® foul release system has been proven to prevent fouling adhesion to both concrete and steel inlet piping. Installation at new construction can save you time and money on regular clean up costs , helping to ensure operating efficiency is maintained. Our Interzone range of abrasion resistant, heavy duty coatings can protect immersed structures such as trash racks and gates.
Maintaining operational efficiency is key. Our foul release Intersleek system is designed prevent fouling adhesion even in slow moving water conditions, buoyancy and weight can be sustained and the asset will also remain easy to maintain.
Minimising heat loss along long lengths of insulated line pipe is critical to maximising efficiency but water can ingress into insulation and cause severe corrosion under insulation, often going unseen. Our Intertherm® 751 cold spray aluminium is ideal for maintenance and performs higher than conventional coatings at mitigating this corrosion issue.
