A reliable line of defence for stadiums

In football, you need an experienced and reliable last line of defence. And thats exactly what our protective coatings deliver to sports stadiums worldwide, including four stadiums in South Africa.

For the Moses Mabhida stadium Interzinc® 52, Interzinc 475HS, Interzinc® 22, Interthane® 990 and Interfine® 878 were used to coat the structural steel.

The stadium’s location is challenging. The externally exposed steel faces a C5M environment, typically found in coastal and offshore areas with high salinity. This environment poses the highest risk for corrosion possible. Defensive characteristics found in our coatings will offer the Moses Madhida stadium an anti-corrosive protection which will keep the asset protected for longer.

Time and time again, we are selected to protect some of the world’s most iconic assets, from the Watercube in Beijing to The New York Times Tower. With experienced personnel and a proven anti-corrosive product range, we keep assets protected for longer.
