Intercrete 4881 (formerly Biodex Sheen Series 2)
A single component, water-based (VOC-free), elastomeric, high build hygiene coating for walls and ceilings in demanding service conditions. Intercrete 4881 is a resin-ric, semi-gloss, biostatic membrane that incorporates the latest encapsulated protectant technology in combination with silver ions to give completely safe use and zero leaching into the surrounding environment. It effectively prevents the growth of mould and bacteria whilst proven silver ion technology has recognised benefits in limiting the spread of germs. The unique in-film chemistry allows for the ultra-slow, controlled release of active ingredients into the coating film throughout a long service life, even where harsh cleaning regimes are followed.

Intercrete 4894
A single component, low VOC, waterborne, translucent coating that offers an excellent defence against carbon dioxide ingress and the effects of weathering, significantly prolonging the maintenance free life of buildings and structures. Applied over a complementary pigmented Intercrete base coat system, it forms a translucent reflective metallic satin finish to create a feature appearance. It prevents water ingress, yet allows damp substrates to breathe and dry out, and is both dirt and UV resistant. Protection from the growth of mould and fungi is assured with the use of advanced encapsulated biocide technology to help maintain its appearance.

Intercrete 4891 (formerly Monodex Ultra Series 2)
A single component, low VOC, water-based, high build, decorative waterproof coating based on an advanced micropolymer resin binder which cross-links to give outstanding durability over a service life of 15 years. It provides protection against water ingress and carbonation whilst allowing damp substrates to breathe. Its elastomeric nature facilitates substrate movement and bridging of hairline cracks. It is available in a range of attractive colours and contains an active biocide to inhibit mould and lichen growth.

Intercrete 4813 (formerly Metal-Prime WB)
A single component, water-based (VOC free), epoxy and acrylic-based anti-corrosion primer. Intercrete 4813 is a phosphate free formulation which forms a distinctive oxide red film upon application, ensuring even coverage of the substrate.

Intercrete 4890 is a single pack, low VOC, water-based, modified styrene acrylic copolymer decorative concrete coating that provides excellent protection against carbonation and water ingress without entrapping moisture within damp substrates. Elastomeric properties enable the system to accommodate hairline cracks and substrate movement while providing lasting protection. Intercrete 4804 (formerly Marine Mortar S)
A two component, water-based (VOC-free), fibre reinforced, polymer modified, cementitious mortar with excellent adhesion for use in areas subject to early immersion. Intercrete 4804 cures rapidly to produce a high strength mortar with enhanced polymeric properties for the repair of voids in aggressive marine environments. Suitable for thicknesses up to 50mm.

A single component, water-based (VOC free), polymer modified, fibre reinforced, Portland cement based repair compound which exhibits unique hydraulic properties to produce a rapid setting curing mortar with enhanced polymer properties.
Intercrete 4807 is ideally suited for the filling of voids, particularly in new construction, which needs to be rapidly put into service, such as tieholes, grout holes and voids around fixings.

Intercrete 4810 (formerly Polymer Admixture 850)
A single component, water-based (VOC free), advanced copolymer dispersion which, when used as an admixture for sand and cement mixes, produces a high strength waterproof patching mortar, screed or render. It can also be mixed with cement to produce a slurry for sealing porous and absorbent substrates.

The thixotropic nature of the product enables easy high build hand and trowel application for the structural repair of voids and the rendering and re-profiling of vertical, horizontal and overhead surfaces. Intercrete 4800 is supplied as a single pack system requiring only the addition of clean water.
