Intercrete 4806 (formerly Monopour)

Product Type
Structural Concrete: Repair and Protection
Chemistry
Structural Repair Mortar

Specifically designed for the structural repair of large areas of concrete and heavy duty applications beneath base plates, plinths and stanchion bases where a pourable or flowable material is required. Intercrete 4806 utilises a dual expansion mechanism which compensates for shrinkage in the plastic and hardened state and cures rapidly to give high early and long term strength development, enabling quick reinstatement. The dense matrix provides excellent protection from the ingress of acid gases, moisture and chlorides.

Intercrete 4807 (formerly Tiefil)

Product Type
Structural Concrete: Repair and Protection
Chemistry
High Build Structural Repair Mortar

Specifically designed for the filling of tieholes formed by formwork bolts in new construction, particularly where a rapid setting, durable, waterproof mortar is required. Can also be used for sealing grout holes and voids around fixings in pre-cast elements. Intercrete 4807 sets in 30 minutes at 20°C, yielding a durable, high strength mortar which provides a waterproof seal which withstands 10 bar water pressure after only 72 hours curing. Non-toxic when cured and WRAS approved for use incontact with potable water. CE-marked in accordance with BS EN 1504-3 Class R4. Suitable for repair methods 3.1, 7.1, 7.2 as defined by BS EN 1504-3.

Intercrete 4808 (formerly Unimatch)

Product Type
Structural Concrete: Repair and Protection
Chemistry
High Build Structural Repair Mortar

Specifically designed for rapid cosmetic repairs to in-situ and pre-cast concrete where repairs need to be colour matched to the parent concrete to provide a highly aesthetic finish. Intercrete 4808 demonstrates rapid strength development, achieving over 9MPa in 2 hours. Ultimate physical properties of cured materials are similar to base concrete. Not suitable for repairs deeper than 25mm. CE-marked in accordance with BS EN 1504-3 Class R1. Suitable for repair methods 3.1 as defined by BS EN 1504-3.

Intercrete 4809 (formerly Fastfil WP)

Product Type
Structural Concrete: Repair and Protection
Chemistry
High Build Structural Repair Mortar

Specifically designed for arresting water seepage and infiltration under pressure through cracks, joints, and voids in concrete and masonry. Intercrete 4809 sets in 2 minutes at 20ºC, yielding a durable, high strength mortar which provides rapid sealing and jointing in and around pipework or for forming fillets in tanking situations.

Intercrete 4810 (formerly Polymer Admixture 850)

Product Type
Structural Concrete: Repair and Protection
Chemistry
Concrete Primer

For polymer modification of sand and cement mortars to provide enhanced mechanical characteristics: When mixed with cement, can be used as a primer and a bonding agent for polymer mortars, renders and screeds. Can also be diluted with water to produce a primer for roof and deck applications in the clean water industry. WRAS Approved for use in contact with potable water.

Intercrete 4811 (formerly Bond-Prime)

Product Type
Structural Concrete: Repair and Protection
Chemistry
Concrete Primer

Designed to be used to treat a range of substrates, including: Concrete Mortars and Renders, Masonry, Polyurethane Foam, Phenolic Board Existing Paints Plaster and Intercrete Concrete Repair Mortars. Intercrete 4811 enhances bond by combining penetration into the pore structure with a surface film-forming effect to produce a stabilised, sound surface ideal for treatment. Reacts with subsequently applied coatings to provide a chemical bond giving excellent adhesion and dries quickly without the release of hazardous solvents and can be overcoated after just 1 hour.

Intercrete 4812 (formerly Bonding Bridge 842)

Product Type
Structural Concrete: Repair and Protection
Chemistry
Concrete Primer

Designed to enhance the bond between high porosity concrete and Flexcrete Repair Mortars. Intercrete 4812 further increases the adhesion of Flexcrete Repair Mortars and prevents rapid drying at the concrete interface on porous backgrounds with high suction.

Intercrete 4813 (formerly Metal-Prime WB)

Product Type
Structural Concrete: Repair and Protection
Chemistry
Water Borne Acrylic

Ultimately designed to prime substrates and promote adhesion prior to the application of one of both decorative and protective membranes. Intercrete 4813 is a single component product and is compatible with a wide range of ferrous, non-ferrous metals and difficult to adhere to substrates including steel, lead, zinc, aluminium, copper, flashband, bitumen paint and roofing felt. It is ideally suited for use in combination with the Intercrete range of cold applied liquid roofing system for the anti-corrosion protection of roofs with metallic protrusions.

Intercrete 4814 (formerly Monosil)

Product Type
Structural Concrete: Repair and Protection
Chemistry
Surface Impregnant

Designed to provide protection from water and oil ingress and enhance freeze/thaw resistance whilst enabling easier removal of oil, grease, paint, graffiti, etc. Used on substrates such as concrete, brick, masonry and stone. As supplied, it is ideally suited to the treatment of car park decks and other trafficked areas, and it may be diluted on-site to provide a more cost-effective solution for the treatment of walls. Suitable for surface protection systems principles 1.1 and 2.1 as defined in BS EN 1504 Part 2.

Intercrete 4815 (formerly Biodex Wash)

Specifically designed to kill active mould, fungal and bacterial spores and organisms such as lichen and algae, prior to the application of primers, coatings and repair mortars in the Intercrete range. Unlike many conventional systems, Intercrete 4815 remains active after its initial application, guarding against subsequent infection for up to two years. It is supplied in a concentrate form.
