    A single component, water-based (VOC-free), polymer modified cementitious mortar for the filling of blow-holes and small surface defects in precast and in-situ concrete, whilst providing an aesthetic yet durable finish. The incorporation of a polymer enhances adhesion and imparts a high degree of water repellency to the surface of concrete, making it denser and more impermeable. Once cured, if required it can be overcoated with specialist membranes in the Flexcrete range to provide further protection and aesthetic quality.

    Intercrete 4876 (formerly Cemprotec GFM 100 / GFM 225)
    A specially formulated random weave mat comprising chopped strands of e-glass fibres. It is silane coated for long-term stability and emulsion-bound to give ultra-fast wetting out properties. Unlike traditional glass fibre reinforcements, the hybrid technology enables Intercrete 4876 to be quickly and effectively moulded around the most complex roof geometry, easily accommodating upstands and sealing around other protrusions. On facades and bridge parapets requiring reinforcement, it produces an attractive, random weave effect which is aesthetically pleasing.

    Intercrete 4844 (formerly Cemprotec Clutch Filler)
    A two component, water based, epoxy and cementitious modified polymer mortar for sealing the interlock or clutch between sheet piles. It incorporates advanced cement chemistry, microsilica, fibre, epoxy and styrene acrylic copolymer technology to provide multi-functional protection with enhanced chemical resistance. When mixed, it can be applied with a pointing gun exhibiting a high degree of thixotropy to enable ease of application and filling of the void without sagging. It is specially formulated to chemically accelerate the passivation of ferrous metals even in the presence of chlorides and give maximum adhesion to steel.

    Intercrete 4808 (formerly Unimatch)
    A single component, water-based (VOC free), cosmetic grade, polymer modified cementitious mortar suitable for the repair of damaged, honeycombed or spalled concrete. Intercrete 4808 is highly waterproof and exhibits good build characteristics which can be used in vertical, overhead and other difficult areas of repair without the need for primers or supports. Colour and texture matching is easily achieved by mixing Grey and White grades at different ratios using trial mixes. Coloured aggregates and concrete pigments can also be blended in.

    A clear, water-based, organic surface treatment for existing concrete structures. Based on time proven, corrosion inhibiting technology, it has been specially formulated to migrate into concrete, by liquid and vapour diffusion, to form a protective monomolecular layer on steel reinforcement, which helps to reduce corrosion.
    The penetrative action of Intercrete 4879 ensures that it does not inhibit the free passage of water vapour and it has a minimal effect on surface appearance. It is most effective when used in conjunction with the Flexcrete Concrete Repair and Protection System in protecting steel in aggressive environments subject to high levels of chlorides, such as marine and highway structures. With corrosion inhibiting technology which was developed over 20 years ago, it has a proven track record of protecting and enhancing the durability of structures worldwide.
