This paint is formulated with silicone resin and special pigments that irreversibly change color. It is ideal for protecting metal substrates where temperature change monitoring is needed. The color change of the pigments when they reach the maximum temperature limit helps detect faults in thermal insulation, engines, etc. It provides corrosion protection at high temperatures within its operating range. The paint maintains its color stability up to 260°C (500°F), after which it begins to change tone based on the surface temperature.
