Interchar 1150 is a single component, fast drying, waterborne acrylic, thin-film intumescent coating for the passive fire protection of structural steel used in the built environment. Interchar 1150 is a borate and chlorine free, low VOC material independently fire tested for up to 2 hour fire ratings in accordance with EN 13381-8.
