Interchar 1290 is a single component, low VOC, borate and chlorine free, waterborne acrylic intumescent coating designed for onsite application to structural steel requiring protection from cellulosic fire. Interchar 1290 will maintain your architectural aesthetics for fire resistance periods up to 180 minutes on hollow steel sections.
