Capable of providing corrosion protection, Intertherm 751CSA is a high performance coating applied using standard application equipment curing effectively at ambient temperatures. Suitable for steel operating at temperatures between -196°C (-321°F) and 650ºC (1202ºF), Intertherm 751CSA does not require additional heat curing prior to being placed in service.

Intertherm 7050 is a high performance, durable solvent-free epoxy for use in hot or cold conditions, where long term corrosion protection and thermal insulation are required. Low installed weight and excellent damage and impact resistance make Intertherm 7050 ideal for offsite module fabrication. Duplex systems with Chartek provide both fire and cryogenic spill protection.

Interzone 1000
With proven track record spanning over 30 years, low VOC Interzone 1000 is a high build, two component epoxy coating pigmented with lamellar glass flake. Interzone 1000 extends asset lifetime by providing outstanding abrasion and corrosion resistance to steelwork located in the harshest offshore environments. Interzone 1000 can also be used in deck coating systems with appropriate aggregate.

Ceilcote 242HB Flakeline
Ceilcote 242HB Flakelineis a glass flake filled vinyl ester high build lining for use on steel and concrete substrates.Ceilcote 242HB Flakelinehas excellent resistance to organic and inorganic acid solutions and many aliphatic solvents. The coating system can achieve a dry film thickness of up to 1350 microns (54 mils) in a single coat. The intent is to eliminate one application step where similar coating systems require two separate applications. Ceilcote 242HB Flakeline can be applied on concrete and metal surfaces with proper surface preparation. Uses Ceilcote #2 Hardener.
