A two pack, heat resistant zinc silicate shop (pre-construction) primer providing good corrosion protection (even after heating up to 800°C (1472°F)), with minimum production of zinc salts. Suitable for high speed welding and cutting with excellent resistance to damage caused by welding, gas cutting and fairing thereby reducing secondary surface preparation requirements in comparison to typical zinc silicate products.

Structural Concrete- Repair and Protection
Intercrete 4879 (formerly Cemprotec MCI 2020)
A clear, water-based, organic surface treatment for existing concrete structures. Based on time proven, corrosion inhibiting technology, it has been specially formulated to migrate into concrete, by liquid and vapour diffusion, to form a protective monomolecular layer on steel reinforcement, which helps to reduce corrosion.
The penetrative action of Intercrete 4879 ensures that it does not inhibit the free passage of water vapour and it has a minimal effect on surface appearance. It is most effective when used in conjunction with the Flexcrete Concrete Repair and Protection System in protecting steel in aggressive environments subject to high levels of chlorides, such as marine and highway structures. With corrosion inhibiting technology which was developed over 20 years ago, it has a proven track record of protecting and enhancing the durability of structures worldwide.

Ceilcote 680M Primer/Saturant is a low viscosity, 85% volume solids epoxy compound based on a unique adduct curing technology. This provides tolerance of surface moisture at temperatures down to 2ºC (32ºF) and the ability to cure in the presence of moisture. The addition of Ceilcote C#1 Powder provides conductivity where required.
