Solvent-free Interchar 212 is a high build, robust, two component modified epoxy intumescent providing damage resistant fire and corrosion protection for the most demanding construction projects. Interchar 212 has excellent mechanical and physical properties, all backed up by rigorous third party testing and approvals.
Intertherm 7050 is a high performance, durable solvent-free epoxy for use in hot or cold conditions, where long term corrosion protection and thermal insulation are required. Low installed weight and excellent damage and impact resistance make Intertherm 7050 ideal for offsite module fabrication. Interchar 404 is a single component, solvent-based intumescent coating offering up to 120 minutes fire resistance to structural steelwork in accordance to EN 13381-8.
An innovative, high build, ‘cold spray’ applied coating, Intertherm 751CSA is based on titanium modified inorganic copolymer technology. Capable of providing corrosion protection, Intertherm 751CSA is a high performance coating applied using standard application equipment curing effectively at ambient temperatures. Suitable for steel operating at temperatures between -196°C (-321°F) and 650ºC (1202ºF), Intertherm 751CSA does not require additional heat curing prior to being placed in service.
