A solvent free, two component polycyclamine cured lining system utilising advanced epoxy novolac technology with flake and fibre reinforcement.
Part of the Interzinc 22 series, Interzinc 2280 is a two component, solvent-based silicate inorganic zinc-rich primer (80%) suitable for use with a wide range of high performance anticorrosive systems and topcoats in both maintenance and new construction. With rapid recoat and curing properties, Interzinc 2280 is capable of application in a wide range of climatic conditions and it conforms to SSPC Paint 20 Level 2 and ASTM D20 D520 Type II.
A high performance, two component, reinforced inorganic zinc-rich primer. NORTH AMERICA ONLY
Part of the Interzinc 22 series of products.A two component, rapid recoat, fast curing solvent based inorganic zinc rich ethyl silicate primer. Conforms to SSPC Paint 20 Level 3.Available in ASTM D520, Type II zinc dust version as standard
Containing 85% zinc, Interzinc 22 is an ideal zinc-rich silicate primer for steel in aggressive, corrosive environments. Rapid recoat technology allows faster throughput of coated steel, greatly enhancing productivity. Interzinc 22 conforms to SSPC Paint 20 Level 1 and ASTM D20 D520 Type II and can also be used as a tank lining for the carriage of different chemical cargoes.
A high performance, two component, fluorocarbon finish which affords extended lifetime to first maintenance when utilised as part of a high performance anti-corrosive system. Interfine 3399 offers superior gloss and colour retention and provides significantly improved resistance to yellowing and chalking when compared to typical conventional topcoats including catalysed acrylic, and polyurethane finishes.
A low VOC, high solids, rapid cure primer/finish, Intercure 4500 offers excellent anticorrosive protection and long term aesthetic durability. Based upon innovative polyaspartic resin technology, Intercure 4500 can be applied as a single coat direct-to-metal or over suitable primers for more corrosive environments using standard application equipment. Its rapid cure characteristics (even at low temperatures) help to further optimize application time and reduce labor costs.
A two component acrylic polyurethane finish giving excellent durability and long term recoatability.
A single component, spray applied, high build, water based coating for direct application over coated substrates and non-ferrous substrates. Interseal 1122 dries to form a non-tacky, tough, resilient temporary protective layer.
