Effective corrosion protection against some of the most aggressive chemicals, maximizing in-service time and profitability
Designed to be used to treat a range of substrates, including: Concrete Mortars and Renders, Masonry, Polyurethane Foam, Phenolic Board Existing Paints
Plaster and Intercrete Concrete Repair Mortars. Intercrete 4811 enhances bond by combining penetration into the pore structure with a surface film-forming effect to produce a stabilised, sound surface ideal for treatment.
Reacts with subsequently applied coatings to provide a chemical bond giving excellent adhesion and dries quickly without the release of hazardous solvents and can be overcoated after just 1 hour.
Specifically designed to be broadcast into the surface of INTERCRETE coatings to aid curing and provide a durable slip and abrasion resistant finish.
INTERCRETE 4854 grit provides a hard-wearing, slip-resistant surface which will provide ultimate protection against foot traffic, wheelchair use, impact from heavy objects and attack from the elements.
Supplied as a 100mm wide preformed strip on siliconised release paper, the backing strip is simply removed upon application. Non-toxic and approved for use in contact with potable water, Intercrete 4874 is ideal for use in a wide range of waterproofing applications, such as reservoirs, water tanks, roof slab and projects in enclosed locations where it is not suitable to use solvent-based or hot welded products
Supplied in two grades for the reinforcement of the Flexcrete range of cementitious mortars and coatings:
INTERCRETE SCRIM: Particularly suited for general reinforcement over large areas of cracking/crazing or weak/friable substrates, particularly insulation, to provide increased tensile strength and impact resistance.
INTERCRETE EDGE SCRIM: For localised reinforcement over joints or cracks to provide increased tensile strength. Can also be used over welds or edges of steel sections to help maintain correct film thickness. Self-adhesive.
Specifically designed as a general reinforcement for elastomeric cementitious coatings such as Intercrete 4842, particularly on roofs or other areas of cracked concrete where further movement is possible. It provides additional toughness to the film whilst still maintaining a high degree of flexibility
Specifically designed to kill active mould, fungal and bacterial spores and organisms such as lichen and algae, prior to the application of primers, coatings and repair mortars in the Intercrete range. Unlike many conventional systems, Intercrete 4815 remains active after its initial application, guarding against subsequent infection for up to two years. It is supplied in a concentrate form.
Designed for use in the rail market as a lining for the protection of ferrous substrates where transportation and storage of a broad range of commodities are required. It is suitable for use in rail cars, including jumbo hopper cars, intended to transport and store plastic pellets and dry bulk products.
Interzinc 52E is a high solids, two component, metallic zinc-rich epoxy primer utilising advanced phenalkamine technology to offer improved productivity through fast dry and rapid recoatability.
A two component, ultra-low VOC, fast curing, hybrid epoxy technology. As a heavy duty epoxy barrier coating formulated for single leg airless spray application Interzone 9545 is designed to provide long term corrosion protection in aggressive offshore environments. Approved to Norsok M-501 System 7A and 7B Interzone 9545 shows excellent corrosion resistance to abrasion and cathodic disbondment.
