Long term corrosion protection to the steel and concrete used in the Water and Wastewater market.
Containing 80% zinc, Interzinc 52 is a high performance two component zinc-rich epoxy primer with excellent application properties. Interzinc 52 complies with SSPC Paint 20 Level 2 and has been designed to provide maximum protection as part of an anticorrosive coating system for steel in aggressive environments in both maintenance and new construction situations
A two component, low VOC, water borne alkali metallic zinc silicate primer.
A two component, metallic zinc rich epoxy primer, designed to provide excellent corrosion resistance both as a single coat and as a primer for a high performance coating system. Contains 90% zinc by weight in the dry film.
An ultra-high build, high volume solids, two component catalysed epoxy, Interzone 485 is ideal for the long term protection of steelwork in severe environments where high abrasion and corrosion resistance are required. Interzone 485 provides excellent resistance to alkalis, chemicals and petroleum products, and when used in conjunction with appropriate aggregate, it provides a tough, durable non-slip deck system.
A high solids, low VOC, high build glass flake epoxy, Interzone 505 is a tough, fast drying primer that provides excellent long term anticorrosive and abrasion protection. Interzone 505 is designed for the protection of steelwork in severe corrosive environments, such as splash zones, pilings and chemical plants. NOTE: Interzone 505 will no longer be manufactured in 2022. The product is being phased out with Interzone 954GF as its replacement. Built on the track record of Interzone 954, Interzone 954GF has application and performance benefits when compared to Interzone 505.
With an extensive global track record spanning over 25 years, Interzone 954 is a high solids two component modified epoxy ideal for protecting and maintaining steel structures in the most severe environments. Particularly suited to maintenance situations, Interzone 954 is designed to give long term abrasion and corrosion protection in a single coat application and will continue to cure when immersed in water. Interzone 954 can also be used as a deck coating with appropriate aggregate.
Part of our UL 1709 product offer, boron-free Chartek 1709 provides long term corrosion and fire protection in a single system. Having covered millions of square meters over a period of 10 years, Chartek 1709 can be used with confidence for pool fires up to four hours, jet fires and vessel protection. Its low installed weight and excellent application properties make Chartek 1709 the ideal choice for modular construction or site application.
The fast drying properties and rapid recoatability of Interchar 404 lead to improved productivity while maintaining architectural aesthetics. Interchar 404 is a single component, solvent-based intumescent coating offering up to 120 minutes fire resistance to structural steelwork in accordance to EN 13381-8.
An innovative, high build, ‘cold spray’ applied coating, Intertherm 751CSA is based on titanium modified inorganic copolymer technology. Capable of providing corrosion protection, Intertherm 751CSA is a high performance coating applied using standard application equipment curing effectively at ambient temperatures. Suitable for steel operating at temperatures between -196°C (-321°F) and 650ºC (1202ºF), Intertherm 751CSA does not require additional heat curing prior to being placed in service.
A two component, zinc-rich epoxy primer, Interzinc 388 is designed to give maximum protection as part of an anticorrosive coating system for aggressive environments. Containing more that 75% zinc, Interzinc 388 conforms to HG/T3668 and is ideal for both maintenance and new construction situations.
