    Intergard 475HS
    Intergard 475HS is a low VOC, high solids, high build epoxy used to improve barrier protection for a range of anticorrosive coating systems in a wide range of aggressive environments. Intergard 475HS can be pigmented with MIO to provide improved overcoating properties, better facilitating application in the fabrication shop.

    Intertherm 228HS
    A highly crosslinked, two component, high build epoxy phenolic coating, Intertherm 228HS combines properties of corrosion and chemical resistance when used in high temperature service. Based upon novolac resin technology, Intertherm 228HS can be used in a wide range of highly corrosive environments operating at temperatures up to 230°C (446°F).

    Ceilcote 800 Coroline
    CEILCOTE 800 Coroline lining is a heavy duty, monolithic flooring/lining system that is designed to protect concrete and metal against attack by corrosive chemicals and mechanical abuse. Based on novolac epoxy technology, CEILCOTE 800 Coroline lining provides exceptional resistance to 98% Sulfuric Acid, Sodium Hydroxide and other aggressive chemicals.
    Structural Concrete- Repair and Protection
    Intercrete 4811 (formerly Bond-Prime)
    A single component, water-based (VOC free), rapid curing, acrylic copolymer modified with a unique water-emulsified epoxy cross-linking agent. Intercrete 4811 is inherently hydrophobic and alkali resistant, making it ideal for application to a wide range of new and aged mineral substrates.
    It is non-hazardous, and application is by brush, roller or airless spray to prime and stabilise surfaces prior to the application of Flexcrete’s specialist membranes. Intercrete 4811 cures to form a clear film with an identifying green tint, both on and within the substrate, to provide an ideal surface for subsequent treatment.

    A low VOC, two component modified acrylic polyurethane finish giving excellent durability and long-term
    recoatability, for use over correctly prepared primed surfaces. This product is also HAPS free and
    exempt solvent free.

    A two component epoxy anti-corrosive primer.

    Interbond 998PB
    A solvent free, two component, high build, surface tolerant epoxy coating capable of being applied as a single or multi-coat system over abrasive blasted, hydroblasted or mechanically prepared steel surfaces.

    Primer-Finish
    Intergard 345
    Intergard 345 is a versatile, low VOC, high solids, zinc phosphate direct-to-metal epoxy. Suitable for use as a one or two coat new construction primer-finish coating or as an intermediate over recommended anticorrosive primers. Intergard 345 offers excellent anticorrosive performance with rapid drying time and excellent early abrasion resistance resulting in high steel throughput and increased productivity.

    Enviroline 405HTR
    Enviroline 405HTR offers high temperature performance alongside a wide ranging chemical resistance, for increased operational flexibility. Formulated with innovative polycyclamine technology, Enviroline 405HTR is a low VOC novolac epoxy lining that allows rapid return to service in just 14 hours, minimizing process disruption and reducing overall installation costs. Enviroline 405HTR offers high temperature resistance to 150°C (302°F) in a variety of cargoes including crude oil and produced water.

    Containing 80% zinc, Interzinc 52 is a high performance two component zinc-rich epoxy primer with excellent application properties. Interzinc 52 complies with SSPC Paint 20 Level 2 and has been designed to provide maximum protection as part of an anticorrosive coating system for steel in aggressive environments in both maintenance and new construction situations

    The fast drying and handling properties of Intergard 251 coupled with extended overcoatability make this an excellent primer for factory application prior to full system application on site. Intergard 251 is a two component anticorrosive zinc phosphate epoxy primer for use in both new construction and industrial maintenance for a wide range of anti-corrosive coatings systems.

    Ceilcote 232 Flakeline
    Ceilcote 232 Flakeline is a flake filled novolac vinyl ester coating which exhibits excellent resistance to both aliphatic and aromatic organic solvents and to concentrated organic and inorganic acids.It offers outstanding chemical resistance with quick turn around for service and also high temperature resistance. Uses Ceilcote #2 Hardener.
    Structural Concrete- Repair and Protection
    Intercrete 4807 (formerly Ttiefill)
    A single component, water-based (VOC free), polymer modified, fibre reinforced, Portland cement based repair compound which exhibits unique hydraulic properties to produce a rapid setting curing mortar with enhanced polymer properties.
    Intercrete 4807 is ideally suited for the filling of voids, particularly in new construction, which needs to be rapidly put into service, such as tieholes, grout holes and voids around fixings.
