Long term corrosion protection to the steel and concrete used in the Water and Wastewater market.
Low Temperature Application and Cure Reinforced Lining. Solvent Free, two component polycyclamine cured lining system utilising advanced epoxy novolac technology with flake and fibre reinforcement.
Interseal 3377 is designed to provide excellent short term protection against a wide range of contaminants such as dust, oil, grease, grinding debris, fly rust and coating application overspray whilst providing a degree of resistance to abrasion, grinding debris and scuffing. The dual protective and unique peelable properties of Interseal 3377 make it ideal for use in those market areas where coated substrates require temporary protection against incidental contamination and damage, such as that experienced during transit or in a fabrication - assembly construction process. Interseal 3377 can assist in providing a significant reduction in immediate and longer term coating maintenance costs whilst improving productivity during assembly and installation.
Interchar 3120 provides thin and thick film capabilities, easy to apply and durable epoxy intumescent coating that provides cellulosic passive fire protection (PFP) for off site applied structural steel. It increases production efficiency, reduces site work and coating schedules.
Specifically designed for the non-structural repair and reinstatement of concrete, brick or stone substrates. Intercrete 4803 is a low density, lightweight, fibre reinforced, polymer modified shrinkage compensated mortar that exhibits high bond strength exceeding the tensile strength of concrete, ensuring monolithic performance of the repair. Can be applied up to 100mm in a single layer in vertical, horizontal and overhead situations. CE-marked in accordance with EN 1504-3 Class R2. Suitable for repair methods 3.1, 7.1, 7.2 as defined by BS EN 1504-3.
Specifically designed for the structural repair and profiling of vertical, horizontal and overhead surfaces in marine and tidal areas which are subject to early immersion. Intercrete 4804 is a thixotropic mortar which allows easy trowel application whilst enabling high application thicknesses up to 50mm per layer in both vertical and horizontal applications. Excellent resistance to wash-out soon after application. CE-marked in accordance with BS EN 1504-3 Class R4. Suitable for repair methods 3.1, 3.2, 7.1, 7.2 as defined by BS EN 1504-3.
Specifically designed for the structural repair of large areas of concrete and heavy duty applications beneath base plates, plinths and stanchion bases where a pourable or flowable material is required. Intercrete 4805 utilises a dual expansion mechanism which compensates for shrinkage in the plastic and hardened state and cures rapidly to give high early and long term strength development, enabling quick reinstatement. The dense matrix provides excellent protection from the ingress of acid gases, moisture and chlorides.
Specifically designed for the filling of tieholes formed by formwork bolts in new construction, particularly where a rapid setting, durable, waterproof mortar is required. Can also be used for sealing grout holes and voids around fixings in pre-cast elements. Intercrete 4807 sets in 30 minutes at 20°C, yielding a durable, high strength mortar which provides a waterproof seal which withstands 10 bar water pressure after only 72 hours curing. Non-toxic when cured and WRAS approved for use incontact with potable water. CE-marked in accordance with BS EN 1504-3 Class R4. Suitable for repair methods 3.1, 7.1, 7.2 as defined by BS EN 1504-3.
Specifically designed for the structural repair of large areas of concrete and heavy duty applications beneath base plates, plinths and stanchion bases where a pourable or flowable material is required. Intercrete 4806 utilises a dual expansion mechanism which compensates for shrinkage in the plastic and hardened state and cures rapidly to give high early and long term strength development, enabling quick reinstatement. The dense matrix provides excellent protection from the ingress of acid gases, moisture and chlorides.
Specifically designed for arresting water seepage and infiltration under pressure through cracks, joints, and voids in concrete and masonry. Intercrete 4809 sets in 2 minutes at 20ºC, yielding a durable, high strength mortar which provides rapid sealing and jointing in and around pipework or for forming fillets in tanking situations.
Designed to enhance the bond between high porosity concrete and Flexcrete Repair Mortars. Intercrete 4812 further increases the adhesion of Flexcrete Repair Mortars and prevents rapid drying at the concrete interface on porous backgrounds with high suction.
